Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for 15+ client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Process month-end close procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for diverse industries
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation packages
- Implement internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and financial reviews
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing month-end closes for 10+ clients
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
