Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations for multi-entity clients
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with audit teams to facilitate smooth examinations
- Provide financial insights and variance analysis to senior management
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and cash management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel with pivot tables
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
