- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support tax documentation and compliance filings
- Conduct data entry with precision using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent coursework)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
