Responsibilities
- Manage complex multi-entity accounting systems with flawless accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for C-suite executives
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for high-volume transactions
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero tolerance for errors
- Develop custom financial reports for board-level presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years in high-volume bookkeeping with $10M+ revenue entities
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Proven track record in multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced analytical skills with forensic attention to detail
- Experience with corporate banking and treasury operations
