Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations and monthly financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with zero-tolerance error margins
- Prepare payroll and tax filings using QuickBooks Online
- Generate detailed financial reports for client strategy sessions
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounts
- Advanced knowledge of sales/use tax filing procedures
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
