Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service to enhance their banking experience.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain strict compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in branch operations and support the Branch Manager as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail banking or customer service is preferred.
- Strong math skills and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
