Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries
- Process cash transactions accurately while maintaining strict cash handling protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters appropriately
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily balancing requirements
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and credit check
- Texas Notary Public certification a plus
