Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with monthly reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for 15-20 clients
- Assist with audits and financial compliance documentation
- Implement bookkeeping best practices for new client onboarding
- Provide financial insights through variance analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities
- Tulsa-based candidates with local business network preferred
