Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse client portfolios
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online/Xero systems
- Generate detailed financial reports for stakeholder reviews
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Lead quarterly tax preparation meetings with CPA partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero and Excel
- CPA or EA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
