Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries with 99.9% accuracy
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor management
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP principles and IRS compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial transactions with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Excellent communication skills for client relationship management
