Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services tailored to client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions with system records
- Support branch operations including vault management and ATM servicing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Tennessee banking license or willingness to obtain upon hire
