Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (MO, IL, KS)
- Manage time and attendance systems, resolving discrepancies and exceptions
- Prepare and file payroll tax forms (941, 940, state unemployment)
- Administer garnishments, deductions, and wage attachments
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s, ACA reporting)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proficiency in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy
