Job Overview

The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will serve as a key partner to the finance leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, including fixed asset schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and internal controls.
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefit inquiries and deductions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
