Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for tax filings
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment portfolios monthly
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction processing and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
