Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small to mid-sized clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with PA state regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online and Excel reporting systems
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly filings
- Mentor junior bookkeepers through our training program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification (QB ProAdvisor preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and PA tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
