Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Assist with financial audits and the preparation of supporting schedules.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and functions).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA) as part of career growth.
