- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Execute month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using NetSuite and Concur systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Implement process improvements to reduce payment cycle times
- Maintain meticulous documentation for audit trails
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and purchase order management
- Proven ability to process 500+ invoices monthly
- Strong analytical skills for discrepancy resolution
- Experience with high-volume payment processing systems
