Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll for 15+ clients
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Prepare sales tax filings and quarterly tax returns
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks cloud systems
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CPA firms during tax season
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
- Nevada sales tax filing expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
