Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Process payroll and tax filings
- Maintain accurate general ledgers using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct quarterly account analysis and variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support audit preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong knowledge of California tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client deadlines
