- Oversee QuickBooks software management and system optimization
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews and tax seasons
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- CPA certification or equivalent professional designation
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing
