Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process month-end closing tasks including reconciliations and journal entries
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 95%+ accuracy rate
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for 15+ clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with tax professionals during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven track record of reconciling complex accounts
- Proficiency with payroll processing (ADP experience a plus)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
