Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks systems for optimal efficiency
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with tax professionals for seamless year-end reporting
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support client decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
