Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process payroll and manage tax filings (quarterly/annually)
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Assist with audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Collaborate with CPAs on financial strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of Florida tax regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
