Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare financial statements and quarterly tax documentation
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for efficiency
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and tax seasons
- Train junior bookkeepers on financial protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Proven track record of multi-client management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
