Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Maintain organized financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review.
- Support the month-end close process and assist with audits.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn accounting software and financial procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
- No prior accounting experience required; comprehensive training provided.
