- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax preparation professionals
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks accounting systems
- Assist in budget development and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state/federal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of sales tax filing procedures
- Experience with multi-entity accounting structures
- Proven ability to meet strict monthly deadlines
