Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts across multiple entities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles with 15+ vendor/client relationships
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements within 5 business days
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows for 50+ clients
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with financial institutions
- Support annual tax preparation and audit documentation processes
- Develop financial dashboards for client business performance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification (CPA/CPB preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail (0.05% error tolerance)
- Strong communication abilities for client-facing financial presentations
