Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end audits.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
