- Perform month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports for leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- CPA certification or active candidacy preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Knowledge of Wisconsin state tax regulations
