Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports.
- Review and code invoices, ensuring all expenses are categorized correctly.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including variance analysis.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and digital records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Experience with payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
