Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks systems
- Collaborate with CPAs during tax season
- Develop financial reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and multi-state taxation
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities for client interactions
