Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and desktop versions
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Collaborate with CPA team for year-end preparations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Payroll processing experience (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or QuickBooks certification a plus
