Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and monthly reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple entities
- Implement internal controls and compliance procedures
- Assist with audits and financial analysis projects
- Train junior accounting staff on software and processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet urgent deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- CPA or equivalent certification a plus
