Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger and month-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (Advanced functions)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
