Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive dashboards
- Oversee A/P, A/R, and payroll processing for 15-20 clients
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online and Xero workflows
- Manage sales tax filings and regulatory compliance across Texas
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop customized financial reporting for client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero and Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Texas sales tax compliance expertise
- Experience with multi-state entity accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong client communication abilities
