Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and P&L reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations with 100% accuracy
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings for small business clients
- Implement and maintain robust accounting systems for client scalability
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Provide financial consulting to clients on cash flow optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Proven track record of managing 15+ client portfolios simultaneously
- Expertise in payroll processing (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
