Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including A/P, A/R, and payroll processing
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance reporting
- Collaborate with CPA firm for annual audits
- Implement QuickBooks Online optimization strategies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or EA certification preferred
- Expertise in multi-entity accounting structures
- Strong attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy
- Experience with construction or real estate industries
