Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-company accounts payable/receivable systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process complex payroll cycles with tax compliance oversight
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for financial modeling
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Familiarity with GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
