Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with tax preparers for quarterly and annual filings
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks certification required
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proven track record with multi-entity accounting
- Familiarity with Arizona state tax regulations
