Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Generate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Enterprise workflows
- Prepare sales tax filings and regulatory compliance documents
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits
- Develop financial reporting dashboards for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification a major plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in professional services or tech industries
