Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closes
- Generate financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks cloud systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience with SaaS companies
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record of multi-client portfolio management
- Strong understanding of CA sales tax nexus rules
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation
