Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow reporting
- Prepare financial statements and assist with quarterly audits
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and improve accounting software workflows
- Collaborate with CFO on financial analysis and budget forecasting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- NY State CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
