Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage multi-state payroll tax filings and compliance
- Oversee QuickBooks implementation for new client onboarding
- Lead quarterly financial reviews with executive stakeholders
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Expertise in GAAP and IRS tax compliance
- Proficient in Excel with pivot table mastery
- Experience with multi-currency accounting
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
