- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budget variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Oversee QuickBooks data integrity and system optimization
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparations
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop/Online
- Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
