Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processing and cash flow management
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and year-end audits
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax planning strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Expertise in GAAP and multi-entity bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
