- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts and process monthly financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare tax documents and financial reports for CPA review
- Implement QuickBooks optimization and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Florida state regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
