Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, P&L reports, and cash flow statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with tax professionals during quarterly/annual filings
- Implement process improvements for financial data accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VBA preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Experience in financial services or CPA firm environment
