Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process accounts payable/receivable with timely execution and vendor/client communication
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for multiple clients
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and improve bookkeeping systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
