Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records for diverse client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to deadlines
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support tax preparation processes and documentation
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping workflows using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- CPA or equivalent certification highly valued
- Proven experience with multi-state compliance requirements
