- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ corporate clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues within SLAs
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and SAP systems
- Collaborate with collections team on aging receivables over 60 days
- Prepare monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Train junior billing staff on compliance protocols
- Conduct quarterly billing process audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical or enterprise billing experience
- Expertise in NetSuite/SAP billing modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong HIPAA and FDCPA compliance knowledge
- Proven track record in reducing DSO by 15%+
- Spanish fluency required for Miami market
